Patient Satisfaction For Critical Access
In 2012 the Illinois Critical Access Hospital Network (ICAHN), in conjunction with their member hospitals, started sending and processing HCAHPS surveys. Soon after starting HCAHPS surveys, ICAHN added ED (Emergency Department) and CG (Clinicians and Groups) surveys to their portfolio. ICAHN would eventually add Outpatient surveys to their offering as well, covering multiple Outpatient services including Cardio-Pulmonary, Laboratory Services, Therapy Services, and Radiology Services. The entire surveying and data collection was done in-house at ICAHN by a dedicated group of tireless professionals.
By 2015 ICAHN’s survey line was almost 50 hospitals strong. Doing everything essentially by hand, the hardworking staff at ICAHN was hitting their capacity for surveying and data collection. It was at this point they met the AdCo Agency and started discussing streamlining the survey process. Countless hours and meetings later Survey Solutions by ICAHN was born.
Working together, AdCo’s technology department and ICAHN have been able to fully automate the Patient Satisfaction Survey process. Survey Solutions is now allowing critical access and small rural hospitals to affordably survey their patients in multiple survey lines by multiple survey modes.
Today, Survey Solutions operates a fully automated survey process from start to finish. You simply upload your data to our easy to use Data Utility Portal and we take it from there. Offering over 10 patient satisfaction survey lines in multiple modes including In Room Table, E-mail, Text and standard Mail, Survey Solutions has quickly changed the survey game in rural healthcare.
